This policy explains how Nabit LLC ("we", "us") collects and uses information through nabit.app and the products we operate, including PoGoBud. Individual products may have their own privacy policy with more detail; where they do, that policy applies to the product.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name and email address when you sign up or contact us.
- Payment information when you buy a subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card brand and last four digits), never your full card number.
- Usage information such as pages visited and basic device and browser data, used to keep our services working and improve them.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our products.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and send receipts.
- To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our products (for example payment processing, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
